Orders & Acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive our confirmation email. The house reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where fraud, error or unavailability is suspected — with a full refund where payment was taken.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Occasional pricing errors will be corrected, and you will always be offered the choice to proceed or cancel.

Authenticity & Intellectual Property

Every piece is an original Swagoraimo Atelier creation. All designs, imagery, wordmarks and content on this site are the property of the house and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the house's liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order concerned.
