Returns & Exchanges

Every Swagoraimo Atelier creation leaves the house only after meticulous inspection. Should a piece not meet your expectations, our Concierge will arrange a discreet, effortless resolution.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original signature packaging with all tags, dust bags and authenticity cards intact.

How To Begin

Contact the Concierge — by chat, email or WhatsApp — quoting your SGR order number. We will confirm eligibility and arrange an insured collection or provide a prepaid return label where available.

Exchanges

Exchanges for an alternative size or colour are prioritised and dispatched as soon as your original piece is received and verified by the atelier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned piece passing inspection. You will be notified by email at every step.

Final Sale & Private Orders

Bespoke commissions, private orders and pieces marked Final Sale are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be returned — though our Concierge will always seek a solution worthy of the house.
